On November 3 I stayed at this motel with my three dogs. I was quoted a price of 145.00. When I left coming down in the elevator I dropped my bags and dropped the leashes to pick up my bags just as the elevator stopped and my dogs ran from the elevator as I gathered my bags together the door closed and it took me to the 3rd floor.By the time I got back down my dogs had gotten on the elevator looking for me and I finally retrieved them on the 2nd floor and got them secured in my car. I was then stopped by front desk personnel they would not listen to my explanation and became accusatory towards me. Irritated I just walked out. I then found out that there was a background check on me personally. I am deeply disturbed at this unwarranted act and to add insult to injury I was billed 232.07. I have been a customer since I was a young man I am 72 years old and am considering never using holiday inns ever again. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before. Sincerely David D. Allyn
