Here is the list of complaints that we have against Dale Butler and his company, Advanced Elevator Service, Inc.

1) Although overpaid, Advanced Elevator Services, Inc. Has not released the elevator code - making it unusable and thus bearing a dangerous burden on the condominium's elderly that cannot use that elevator.

2) Due to a miscommunication when presented with the last invoice, Harbour East overpaid Advanced Elevator Service, Inc. $26,150.00 less the cost of the elevator refurbishment (plus the cost of the steel doors that were not installed).

3) Additionally, due to Advanced Elevator's personnel or subcontractor marking the floor in front of the elevator (witnessed by a resident here) an additional $2000.00 (our cost) is added for resurfacing that area.

The sum is $28,150 less the reasonable cost of the cab refurbishing done by Ace Elevator Cab.
