FACTS: Precesion Elevator was contacted by David Helms to install a luxury elevator in a NEW Home in Tierra Verde back in May. The job was completed and David Helms and his company were build $16,000.00 for the installation. Weeks went by then months and DAVID HELMS did not pay Precision Elevator the $16,000.00 that they owed Precision Elevator.
This put Precision Elevator Services in a very BAD situation with his suppliers. Credit was cutoff and his crew lost their pay, and Mr. Helms has put Precision Elevator in a BAD financial situation with his suppliers. We have contacted the homeowner at their residency to request a complete report as to who they paid. If it is found out that DAVID HELMS did in fact get PAID for the work PRECISION ELEVATOR SERVICES completed, I sware on my mothers grave DAVID HELMS is goiung to TRIAL for THEFT.in addition, we are asking anyone who has had dealings with DAVID HELMS and his company to contact JOHN SCRANTON of PRECISION ELEVATOR at (813) 263-5002. Knaust at 2167 fifth avenue no., st. Petersburg, Fl. 33713 and has a telephone number of: (727-327-3273. We contacted this Attorney and were told " I will accept any process service here at my office regarding David Helms" That tells me that he is most likely going to be filing bankruptcy to avoid paying " anybody " any money.
