I purchased Windows and Office. I tried installing Windows and it crashed everything. Removed all drivers and programs and wouldn't operate. Tech support told me to Google my problem. Never worked. They refused to issue a refund. Bought a real version of Windows and my computer worked fine. Didn't try to download and install Office because I didn't want to crash the computer again.
