FEDEX home-delivery isn't just TERRIBLE, but ridiculuous and UNDESIRABLE. This occurred twice currently and despite my calls towards the customer support (that have been obviously good and respectful) their chosen driver has become the laziest of! He explained he called my bell and that I was the following in the home waiting! NO BODY CALLED my bell! He lied! Did he really come and attempted to provide? You'd question-this! I'm super angry and ANNOYED. I acquired a phone from their store he will attempt to return within the morning which means I'll watch for the TOUGHEST SHIPPING SERVICE again!!! I really hope these businesses who deliver their items online WON'T USE FEDEX anymore ACTUALLY REALLY DISAPPOINTS in most facets of customer support!!!
