It's December 31. Fedex claims they arrived by my home to provide a heater that I needed. I'm home, have now been home, no door-bell, no bump, not shipping effort notice. I had been within the family room from the doorway. Our Toy Dog barks at any sound, particularly the doorway bell or bump. But, FedEx claims these were at my home and created a shipping test. Lies!!! No-heat for me personally! Fedex is easily shut for that holiday weekend. Why might a business like Fedex not inform the reality! It's very frustrating
