I bought a NuBrilliance through Living Social on Oct 7. I have used it 3times and the motor is going - sounds like it is about to die. I have done some research and find that most consumers have complaint about the motor of this machine. This should not have been sold on Living Social and I think that there should be some type of compensation or refund on this. I tried to contact NuBrilliance but cant find a website of complaints or refunds. I will try calling the 1-800 number. Hopefully you can help
