I ordered the nubrilliance 30day trial for $14.95 plus SH of $9.95 which added to $24.90, on 01/26 they took out of my checking account $74.80. I called their service number and let them know they took out way to much, the operator I talked to said they charged me for some extras. I told her I only wanted the 30day trial and nothing more, she stated that it was already added to my bill and sent and I would have to send the hole package back. I told her I paid for the trial already and did not ask for the extras. I picked up my nubrilliance on 02/07 from the post office, I kept it because I paid for the 30day trial aready. Then just before my 30day trial was up I call and told them I was canceling and returning the nubrillance, the operator (Margerita) informed me that they sent me more thing from nubrilliance. I told her I did not want them, she said they already sent the itams and if I dont want them I have to refuse the package and send it back unopened. I told her I was sending the nubrillance back and conseling the order before the 30day trial was up, the operator (Margerita) never stated they were taking $99.80 out of my checking account on 02/28. I didnt know they took it out until I checked my account online, my 30day trail wasnt up yet and they still took it out and more. I contacted my banker and told him (John) I called nubrilliance and told the operator I was canceling and returning it and I only wanted it for the 30day trial and nothing els. She stated that my money will be back into my checkings as soon as they recieve the package. I am so upset that nubrilliance would even do this to their customers, they really know how to play people and take our money. All I wanted was to try it for the 30days and I ended up paying way more then what they say on TV. The operators really know who to play people also. All I want is my money back that they took from my checking account of $179.60. I will never trust anyone on TV again.
