I placed an order for 3 bottles on 01st October. I got an email back to say my order had been taken and would be shipped within a week. Here it is now 22nd November and I have not recieved anything in the post and HCG Ultra will not return any of my emails. They gave me a postal tracking number out of Hong Kong and that tracking number when you do a search does not exsist.
After persistant emails I finally got a reply 2 days ago to say I could have a refund of $179.00 less 20% postage and handling fees. I have demanded my complete refund but HCG Ultra will not respond.
