I had never heard of Ultra Facial until I discovered that my credit card was charged by them. I phoned on 11/3 as soon as I discovered it. I didn't even know what it was and tried to explain to them I never ordered it and never received anything from them. The tracking showed that they shipped it on 10/3 but was "undeliverable" so USPS delivered it to someone else in a different city on 10/12.in the meantime, Ultra Facial had charged me $83.24 on 10/9 without my knowledge. I called twice and finally spoke to a supervisor. She admitted the item was returned on 10/19. But, Ultra Facial insisted that I had missed my deadline to cancel and request refund so they can keep my money anyway. I wrote to their "Customer Service" but they only repeated the same robotic line without any understanding of logic. They claim they sent me a "confirmation email" on 10/3. I looked but did not see anything from them. They then told me since they cannot give me my refund for unordered and undelivered item, they will be very glad not charge me any more money in the future.
I have already found 23 complaints against Ultra Facial on usacomplaints.com. I am sure there are many more. Please initiation all actions against them.
