Their ad very specifically said NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES pay 4.99 for shipping ONLY. They charged the 4.99 within 2 weeks they charged 79.99. There was NOTHING in the package nor in the ad that indicated where to call or that you were to call to cancel. When I called when I saw the charge on my cc they put through a credit then they turned right around and put a charge through the next day. I have called numerous times and get a run around from non english speaking people saying no supervisor available they will call you within 2 hours. They have called back but called when I said I would not be available more than 24 hrs later not 2 hrs again very well planned scam job. Another very obvious scam heads up - I have caller ID on my phone the phone call shows as being a "local number" and that they are BANK OF AMERICA. I would think that proves again that they are a fraudulant company. And by seeing this web site - hundreds of other people have had the same problem. I want my refund and these people need to be shut down. Oh yeah another interesting point again showing a fraudulant intent the charges always come through differently different city/state and different wording for the company but it is all the same place. Definately a rip off company. And of course the product is pure junk and does nothing it isn't worth. 80 let alone 79.99. If you are supposed to be able to evaluate the product and make a decision to purchase you should have at least a 30 day evaluation time not less than 2 weeks. But again, they know the produce is junk so they steal the money right away. I have never done this and am so sorry I did. Unfortunately the ad came through a Dr Oz website and I do/have trusted Dr Oz but that is going to change also after this. I will never do such a thing again. The world is full of crooks and this is one of them.
