Ordered clothing from the website and it never arrived. They had sent me an email informing me that my items had shipped but the area that was supposed to include the tracking number was blank. After 3 weeks and still no item in my mail, I called customer support and was informed that they couldn't get the tracking number because their warehouse personell were 'in a meeting'. They said they would call me back with the tracking number.
I wasn't called back but did recieve an email saying that, because it had been so long, they had deleted the tracking number and they would try to call UPS and get it for me. Of course, it hasn't happened and now they will not answer my emails or phone calls.
