There's sufficient funds on card. I make a purchase at enterprise car rental. Salesperson says card was decline. Approximately 5 minutes later I receive am alert on my phone stating that funds were debited from my card. Enterprise never received payment and fund aren't being put back into my account.
I contact netspend and was told that payment is pending. The representative said enterprise car rental needs to fax over a cancellation letter stating that they will not attempt to withdraw funds from account again. Enterprises has never gotten fund so will not fax any such document.netspend stated without the cancellation letter funds can't be added back to account in the amount of $282.59. Someone please help me get my money ADAPTED
