A representative from Rosemount Finance Center (his name is Michael Pittman) 888-329-1293 ext 414 said that I was approved for a loan and when I asked who was the lender he said that they don't reveal that information until the funds are in my account. He asked that I make my first payment using a green dot card from Walmart based on the lenders request. He told me to allow 24 hours before the money is deposited in my account. 48 hours passed still no money was there. He just called me this morning to tell me that the loan has to be insured for at least $1,000. He said it's a necessity before the money is released. And I need to make the payment using the same payment method with green dot. I asked him if I refuse to pay for the insurance and back out of the loan will I get a refund of what I already paid and he told me no. I just lost $883.00 and I refuse to lose $1,000 more. I just hate that these crooks are preying on the individuals who need funds to help get their lives in order and they are just out to make it worse.
