I was contacted by Rosemount Financial Center yesterday. The repersentives name was shaun cooper. 888-329-1239-ext 625. He said I was approved for my business loan. I thought my prayers had been answered. I had filled out an application on there website so i didn't think anything of it when they guy said that I was approved for the loan. He also told me it was going to be a 12 year fix loan and my payments would be 442.00 a month witch was about right. He said they were in business for 13 years so since i filed out an application online i thought it was a good company i will soon find out I was wrong. The shawn told me I would have to put up 4 months of the loan for insurance to get the business loan because I didn't have collateral to put up or a deposit for the loan to put up but it would go to making my first 4 payments. I told hime I could only come up with the 1500.00 witch I had to barrow and give him the rest of the money i had. He said he would release the hole loan then I could call him back and pay the other 400.00. I said ok. Then he said I had to go to walmat to purchase money pak to send him the money and since they gave me proper loan paperwork and I filed out a proper loan application from a loan website so I thought I never took another thought and sent them the money. Also they have a customer service phone that say you have reached rosemount financial center like a real lender service would I sent them the money. Shawn told me I would have the money in my account by 7:00pm last night. He even told me I would get a payment packet in the mail with all my paperwork and how to set up payments like a real loan operator would. He even ran threw the call saying are call was being recordered for training and proper use like a real loan customer service call would have been taken. Then 7:00pm came and no money in my account then by 11:00 when the loan wasn't there I got scared so i looked online and I found these complaints about this company and how some people got scammed. I'm so upset about this. People are at there lost points in life when there looking for help and these scam arrest theves just take advantage of innocent by standing people who just want to make there dreams come true. I have had to struggle for everything I have ever had or done. Nothing good has ever happend to me. One bad thing after another. It never ends. I thought this time my prayers were finally going to be answered and someone was finally going to give me the chance to make my dream come true that I have had since I was 10 years old and all the abuse and bullying I have suffered from the kids at school growing up and my parents at home to become the strong willed person I am today was finally paying off but it was just some scammers taken advantage of who ever they can and its not far. I could loose everything now because of these people if I cant may my vendors at the end of the month because of what they did to me and its not fair and they know what they did is wrong but they problem don't care. Its not right but im not letting them stop me im going to do what every it takes to make my dream retail store a success and even with this bump in the road ill figure something out im not going to let thes people will. I will be doing everything in my power to make sure they pay for what they did to me though. On mon morning I will be filing a police report, a complaint with the better business bureau, and I'm going to contact channel 4 so that this won't happen to anyone else again. They are using real loan paperwork you won't know its a scam until its to late.
