I cancelled my cell phone 9/16. Verizon didnt take me off but keep billing me on my regular verizon bill with the triple play I have. Called in Oct. For a refund which was $25.00 (refund taxes not inculded). Gave me a referral number. Nov. Bill no refund called & they have no info. On me calling them in Sept., Oct. No recourse for me. My bill is always different but they can not explain my bill. Why cant they be brought to justice with all the complaints on this site?
