INC Your Billing solutions This company (OAS) performed a technique called cramming. This is to add a charge to their or to another companies charges.in this case there was an $8.23.50 for an $8.73 unauthorized bill Dillsburg, Pennsylvania

I was "crammed" an unauthorized charge added to my Verizon bill by somebody called OAN services inc. When contacted they referred me to somebody called Your Billing Solutions by [email protected]. Verizon has offered a refund back to April of this year but the charge, though just now discovered, goes back to Sept of last year. The phone Co., Verizon may give me a further refund but as of now I am still waiting for the refund back to April to be approved. The OAN bill was a part of the Verizon bill so I would think they would be responsible. Since I did not thoroughly check my bill until today, well, I feel somewhat embarrassed for being so trusting.
