I received a free phone from Verizon wireless. I had a contract for 500 anytime minute and 5000 night or weekend minutes. I returned my phone before the end of the 14 day, so that cancelled the contract I had with Verizon and I had numerous problems with them when I call customer service and did not want to deal with them anymore.
I received a bill from Verizon a couple weeks later, that claim that I owed them $637.00. So I added my bill up and everything on it only added up to $337.00. So they gave me credit for some weekend and nights and other mistakes they had made on the bill, but still the bill they sent me is 348.00.
I think this is a problem that is out of control with all the cell phone companies, and if you don't read your bill carefully they will get everything they can out of your pocket.
