Me and my husband left our other phone providers. We went with verizon to get a better deal a family plan we were told basically everything we were told was a lie we were suppose to have a bill of no more then $250 with taxes and all included every month and no less then $220 we got on with verizon in august my bill in sept was $359. This months bill is $512. Next bill already will be $303 i do not understand this we need help.
