There are 3 Dunkin Donuts in Fulton, NY but I usally go to the one on 2nd St. I can not tell you how mant times my orders have been screwed up but I love French vanilla coffee. I've had them give me burnt tasting coffee, the wrong order, charged me for things I didn't order. The list goes on, so I've stopped ordering at the drive threw, instead I go inside. I stopped yesterday to get a hot cocoa for my daughter, a French vanilla 6:6, and a vanilla Chai. It seems so simple. The lady taking my order was sooo slow, and I have to be to work early. I was the only one in line, when she finally gives me my order I left. (the coffee is always too hot to drink right then) so I didn't try it until I got to work. It was reg. Coffee, I was furious! I called on my lunch break at school, and told the manager what happened and she said I don't know what to say, except I'm sorry it happened. But I can't say it won't happen AGAIN, are you kidding me? What kind of manager says that? This had to be one of the stupidest responses I've ever heard!!
