About 75% of the time I go through the drive thru at Dunkin Donuts in Ithaca, NY they make my order wrong. It's not like I am ordering a bunch of stuff. I order one thing a caramel iced coffee with cream. So simple... And yet every time there's either no caramel or there's no cream. And this time it was a pumpkin spiced iced coffee... Disgusting. What if I had an allergy!? The reason this makes me so angry is because they do it so often. If it only happened even 10% of the time I would still be annoyed but not as angry. I go to DD twice sometimes 3 times a week to get coffee and they screw it up at least once a week... I'm done going there for a while unless I have time to actually go in and try the coffee I order before I drive away... Ridiculous
