I fell for the services of FastAgain PC Booster and safecart Activeris Software on Nov. 10. After a half day in the hands of very polite, very reassuring East Indian servicemen who cited my 380 problems, then took my computer in hand and buzzed all over my screen at dizzying—and impressive—speed, I have the bills, but no discernible evidence that my laptop performs better. I NOT detect any damage. However I am completely unwilling to "Activate your new software by calling 1-877-883-3738". The number put me in touch with another service person eager to start the whole process again. At this point I would rather pay the bills and take my "stupidity lumps" than own up to my granddaughter that I probably fell for a scam.
