Ordered safe again and it did not speed up my computer.
Talked to a person named sarabgeet[whom I could not understand] and he told me that it woul cost another $199.99 to fix my computer.

I stated I did not wan't this, as it seemed this was to complicated for me and this seemed like a scam.
Please refund my original$39.94 as I am quite unhappy with the fast again pc booster.

If this matter is not resolved to my satisfaction, I will take further steps to resolve this matter.
