I ordered FastAgain PC Booster on or about February 9. After downloading the program, my computer went really really slow and could hardly work around. I called their 800 number and the person who answered me told me to go to logmein123.com and after providing me with a login name and password, he was able to navigate my computer and showed me all these thousands of error messages in the registry. Now he asked me to pay him $390.00 and started negotiating down to $320.00. I told him I needed the authorization of manangement to pay this amount and being a saturday, the owners are not in. He said he will wait until I contacted the owners. He would not hang up. I hung up on his and turned off my computer. When I turned it back on the following day,
it got slower and I could not open a number of applications. After two days, my email was hacked and lost all my contacts and someone has been sending emails to my contacts saying I am stranded in another country and needed money. All of those who responded said the hacker is asking $1680.00 to be sent to Western Union. I'm not sure if anybody did buy into this scam.
I also sent email to Safecart and this is their response:

Until now, I have not heard back nor receive any refund. It is hard to contact the company by phone because they tell me to send email to request for a refund. I am still waiting.
