In August I signed a contract with Daniel Hill of the so called GDL PROPERTIES, company, which I believe is a made up company name, that I only have come to know after the fact. I found him thru a nation wide company initially called SERVICEMAGIC, now called HOME ADVISOR. He was hired to side a garage, other wooden extensions to my mostly brick home. To paint the trim of said locations of my property, as well as re-build a deck, that he tore down, months ago. The initial job of the garage, is not even finished to satisfactory condiiton. Materials are left sitting in yard, like a junk pile, portion of house, kitchen extension, is now WORSE, than when the job was initially started, Boards were taken off, and not replaced, thus leaving my house to the elements, and who knows what kind of critters will enter. I have pictures to prove ALL that has been mentioned, even of Daniel Hill...
I was promised the job to be done, and all I hear is will be there. Well will be there. Never happens. His help are YOUNG family members, that do NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Wrong color paint was slapped on my house by one of these individuals, and also on the BRICK AND WINDOWS OF MY FRONT OF HOUSE. HOW EXTREMELY UPSETTING..
The money paid and lack of work. Sickens me to no end.
