SENIOR HOMES, LLC (CONTRACTOR) OF 565 N HICKS ROAD PALATINE ILLINOIS 60067 PHONE NO (847) 485-3499 FAX (847) 991-5058 This company was to paint our brick home windows, and all garage doors all three of them, they. 1 painted in the rain, 2 did not use primer before on exposed wood before painting, 3 did not calk and seal all the windows, 4 got paint on all the brick around all the windows and doors, 5 did not seal our storm windows too the wood window frame, the paint they got on the brick is wide up too a half inch on our brick. They painted our garage doors with out primeing the exposed wood and painted it a differnt color. The garage doors were brown trim with a yellowbaige in the middle of the squrare wood, they painted the whole garage doors white, and said thats all we get, and they can paint it any color they have, because it was not on the acceptance of proposal. We called them back every day, and complained, then they came back after three days after we complained, the job was not done, five windows were not even painted. The roof vents were not put in the right way, they had put the on the on the roof over the rafter boards, with only an four inch opening, and the opening should of been seven inches. The rafter boards are restricking the air flow, and we complained they never called back. We tried to retain an attorney, and we could not. The attorneies we called would not take our case, they said that there are so many cases like this in court, and they never get resolved. Not one attorney would take our case. I called and tried too get the company to come back and fix what was wrong, and they would not. The paint is peeling in alot of spots, and its only been two years, when that started. I feel the inspectors in this town said just get them to come back then click, thats where your tax dollar is going also, click, its time that we start writting about the new homes that are not inspected right the time its built, I see nine year old homes with saging roofs.
