To build a deck, where he has torn down the origanal, leaving boards that have been removed by Daniel Hill, exposing my house to the elements. Pictures are available as well.
He continously indicates he will be at my house to do the work, and it NEVER HAPPENS. Day after day, week after week, month after month. The project remains UNFINISHED, WITH PORTIONS IN WORSE CONDITION THAN BEFORE THE PROJECT STARTED.
