I a dental voucher for whitening, which I turned out to be non-suitable for. I and the dentist made a specific request for a refund via email individually. No response for 12 days. Eventually an email saying they couldn't track the order as the code is wrong we specified. The code I sent WASNT wrong, the dentist's was. They don't accept my email. The usually freezing tactics. They have my email and name yet can't find me on the database? BULLSHIT. I send a response with the correct code. NO RESPONSE yet.
I called for Amanda Kennedy at their customer services. She's too busy to take my call. STILL WAITING.
Bad sign when a company has a email only policy regarding refunds. Tells me two things: 1. They receive a lot of refund requests, 2. They don't want to give money back easily.
Been 2 weeks now and they have lost a customer for life.
