Globester Support Response: confirm your flight everyday!
As discussed over the phone that airlines rule apply when you are a NO-SHOW on a flight. You can still get part of the money back by paying the cancellation penalty, as we were able to talk to the airline before they changed the status from Open to NO-SHOW. Please note that we will not be able to help refund any money in case that status is changed.in case you still want the part of the money back, please send us the authorization, otherwise you will loose all the money.
We have helped you every step of the way and very sad to see your negative review here. Your son had made a booking with an incomplete email address on Sept 15th. We called him right back and sent him the itinerary and ticket numbers on the Yahoo mail ID he had provided. Again, when he called with the wrong reference code yesterday, we gave him the right reference code and informed him that he had booked for Nov 30th to travel and not December 1. We offered t help him either get money back or book him a new flight with penalties and fare difference.
We are still unable to understand as how customer service has been rude to you:
1. Customer Service called to get the correct email address when original booking was made with an incomplete email address and email had bounced.
2. Customer Service found the correct reference code when they were called yesterday.
3. Customer service informed your son that he missed his flight and offered him options.
4. Customer Service tried to help you recover the money of a non-Refundable ticket for a No-Show.
5. Customer service continued to ask you as how we can help when you continued to blame us for your son missing the flight with obscene and highly derogatory language.

Kindly note that we can still help you to get a refund with penalty; if you would like to get the refund. But again once the status changes, all money will be lost.
