I bought my ezeyes keyboard from Walmart and everytime I plug it in to my computer it does not reconize it, I have to plug it in to my 7 port hub to get it to work, and it does not glow in the dark as advertized, And when I use the F8 key on my keyboard it says keyboard failure. You said no software needed just plug in to computer, Then why does my computer not reconize it???
