EZ Eyes keyboard keys don't work

I have a Bank Statement the says the EZ eyes was paid for as 2 ez eyes for $14.99 came out to be $55.30 for 2 keyboards. On my keyboard the "A" key won't work. Note: I have the keyboard all wraped up to send back, but there isn't any return address on their literature.
