Company sold used product instead of new one

I ordered a new Logitech keyboard from these guys. I received the keyboard a week later than what they had told me. The keyboard box was damaged, the tape holding the box closed was ripped, the keyboard inside the box was not wrapped in anyway as a new keyboard, the USB cord was poorly wrapped together, there was no CD or documentation and the keyboard itself had wiping marks all over it. And, drum roll please, the serial number has been scratched with a black marker.

I've tried to resolve this matter with them but they will not acknowledge or respond to any of my communications.

Buyers beware!!!
