I called the number on the television to order the EZ Eyes keyboard, and was asked by a machine a million times if I wanted more keyboards, or other items. I continued to answer no, no, no, no.instead of being charged $14.95 plus shipping and handling, I received four keyboards, four mice, and the glow in the dark upgrade totaling $80.80. I then had to go on the internet to find out how to return the items since there was no paper work inside the box. Since it took forever to get the keyboard, it will probably take months to get the refund, if I get it at all. Plus the keys on the keyboard were not working very well, and I didn't trust the "glow in the dark" feature. Since it came from an obscure place in China, how did they get it to glow? Just saying. I'll call customer service on Monday. They are closed today.
