We are writing to complain TravelSmoove, a singapore registered company bearing address 11 Collyer Quay #11-04 Singapore 049317.
This company is an interet portal which claim to offer affordable travel fare to travellers around the world.
We have on june 20, puchase through Street Deal (Another Malaysia internet Portal), a 3D 2N tour package to phuket. The date af departure was supposed to be Friday 9-11.
On 2th. November we have started sending emails and making call to travelsmoove but to no avail. For your information, we have settled the payment in full at the time of purchase.
We have continuously been sending email to both Travesmoove and street deal since our departure date is on 9-11.
TravelSmoove replied on 7-11 with a hotel booking confirmation, minus the air ticket which was bundled with the tour package.
We were extremely saddened that the air ticket fail to reach us on the eve of September 9th. As such we have to cancell our planning to phuket.
We have no received any feedback from Travelsmoove until now.
