Booked our holiday with them June. Immediately after we booked an email was sent stating that the company policy had changed and confirmation of hotel and flights would be sent out 14 days prior to trip start date.
We did not recieve anything until I rang the company 12 days before. We recieved our hotel booking but no flights. When I questioned the flights Jennifer said they were booked but waiting on confirmation numbers. I rang the airline 4 days before we fly out and they had no booking in any name and the flight was fully booked.
I have tried to make contact with Travelsmoove both in Australia and Singapore to no avail.
I have since asked for a full refund because I feel they have broken their agreement with us. I am yet to hear from them.
