I saw their advertisement for an extra $10 when you sent in your phone. I had just gotten a new phone and decided to send my old phone in. I had a Samsung Galaxy S 4G, I was quoted $76 and then with the extra $10, I felt like I was getting a good deal. I requested a package to ship in my phone. I got the box in a timely manner, sent my phone in and tracked it with the FedEx number they gave me. They recieved my package on the 16th of October. I kept waiting and waiting for email conformation that they recieved my phone, they never sent one. After 3 weeks I decided that waiting wasn't working so I tried to email, recieved no response. I submitted a ticket, recieved no response. I called 2 different numbers. One I reached a voicemail, but was informed at the end of the message that the subscriber didn't have a subscription to the voicemail service. I then called thier 800 number and it gave me the after hours message (it was almost 11am.) I then decided that livechat was my next option. I gave the representative my information and was then informed that my phone was declined. They gave me bogus reasons for the phone being declined. They said it was in poor condition (my phone had no scrates, cracks, and was in what I would consider mint condition), that they weren't accepting that phone or phones from the cell phone company I had. I asked for my phone to be returned and the representative gave me an email address (the same address I had already emailed with no response.) This company is a fruad! I don't care if they give me money or not, right now I just want my phone back so I can do business with a company that is honest!
