I contacted Fathers Choice on the internet. Tom Hutchinson returned my call immediatly. I was trying to change custody of my children. They told me for $845.00 they would do everything that I needed. The judge would have all the paperwork; all I would have to do is show up for court to represent myself. All the documents would be processed for me. I paid $200.00 that day; September 8. I did not hear from them again.

On October 27 I paid the remaining $645.00. On Approximately September 15 I recieved a call from Anthony Gordon asking for the remainer of the money. I informed him that the money had been paid and I had not heard from anyone until his call. He said that he saw that I did pay and he would send an email confirming, which he did on November 6. He told me during the call to give my information to his representative and they would get my case in process.

I spoke with a female representative and gave all my information. She told me; "We will make sure you have all the documentations filed so you can win your case. You will only have to show up for court. The judge will have all the information, court orders and everything that has been filed for you". I asked that the case go back to the court state that it originated in and certain specifics that need to be changed.

When The papers arrived in November, they informed me that I had to file the documents for an extra fee and also they had everything in another state, instead of the original state. I called to inform of the mistake and the representative said she would speak with Mr. Gordan to have it corrected. And the processing fee would be waived. I followed directions as to correct the strategy papers and faxed them to his assistant; Mary Montano; 805-299-1805. (23 pages).

I also emailed her at Mary. [email protected] to inform that the papers had been faxed. The email would not go through. I called the number provided which connected to a call center. The young man told me he could take a message and have someone call me back within 24 hours. I gave home # and Cell #. No call. I called four (4) times (4) days and recieved the same message. I found out that they sent an email to my ex, informing of the action I was taking; unethical on their part. Then I faxed to Mary Montano that someone need to get in touch with me ASAP.

I called the numbers provided and there was not even a ring or anything. I continued to call several times with the same, no ring or anything. I tried to email but it continued to come back as not sent. Then I looked Fathers Choice up on line and saw all of the complaints against them. So, here I am with my complaint. I did go to my bank December 15 and was able to get my money reversed!!!
