I ordered a free trial and was not aware that I was signing up for a membership. My sample arrived and they immediately took $99.99 from my credit card. I e-mailed 4 times to cancel, tried phoning the UK phone number and was kept hanging on for 20 minutes at least.in the meantime, the first monthly jar of cream arrived. I phoned again and this time got through got a returns number and cancelled the membership. I returned the product to the address given and got proof of posting from the post office. Since then the company say they have not received my return at the warehouse and will not give me a refund. This is a scam of the highest order.
