I ordered avesil for the introductory price of $3.95 but then decided I did not want it. I called that same day and was told that the membership had been cancelled and that I would only have to pay the $3.95 for the product I ordered and that my credit card would not be billed for any additional products. I never received the products not even the trial product that I paid for.initially I did not pay attention to my credit card bill but it was later brought to my attention and I was charged $89.95 on one occasion and $95.90 on another occasion for a product that I never received. I called the company and was told that when a product was returned as "returned to sender" it was not the appropriate way to cancel the membership because the product went back to the post office and not to their warehouse. They were unable to tell me when and where the supposedly products were shipped to. I was also told that as of Feb 1 my membership was cancelled because the "return to sender" package made it back to the warehouse. They refused to credit my credit card account because I did not return the product the correct way. I could not make the representative understand that I could not send the product back because I never received it. It was a waste of my time trying to get the charge reversed on my credit card.
I highly caution others to beware when ordering from this company.
