Equested free trial sample on 11/2 for $1.99. None arrived. Few weeks later a tube of anti wrinkle serum arrived and I noticed £55.39 (roughly $85) taken out of my account on th 17th November. Contacted them on 02035140433 today and cancelled the trial membership they enrolled me on (I was not aware of this when requested a sample) They said they have cancelled the membership but No refund will be coming as I should have informed them within two weeks of signing. I have written to them on their London address - Active crest ltd, juveneu suite B29, Harley st, London W1G 9QR — for refund
