I ordered a trial, free, sample of their face cream. It arrived on 2/05. I noticed immediately that a certain amount would be withdrawn monthly and that the cream would be sent monthly without my permission. The next day I posted back the cream by express means and certificated so that I could be sure the letter would arrive, and told them that I have not ordered any such creams and that I did not want to be a victim of this false advertising. Today I received a message from my bank indicating that €89.90 had been taken from my VISA account and I have not even received the cream. I have cancelled my card but have no idea how or when I will be able to reclaim this money.
