Ordered trial sample product through an australian discount website. Only after credit card details were processed was I told that I had just joined a membership program and that my account would be charged $89.99 for the full size product after 17 days. I phoned 16 days later, after not receiving trial product and could not get through (3 days after christmas). Then, on 8th January, $141,85 was taken from my account. When I phoned on the 10th January, was told that a credit would be given when the product was returned. Explained that I have not received either the trial product or the full size product. She kept saying I needed to return the product and could not explain why I had been charged a full $50 over the said price for the product. I asked for tracking numbers, immediately went onto the Fedex site and my supposed product had been delivered to California! I threatened to go the FBI and she said she would refund my money in full. I doubt I will see that money again and am off to the bank to change my banking details. This company needs to be shut down immediately! It is clearly an international scam!
