I order the trial offer of this product and was charged $5.95 for shipping. Next thing I know they have charged my debit card $88.62 for the product.in the meantime, I called to cancel future orders. The customer service person explained another supply had already been shipped to me. I told the customer service person to CANCEL ALL FUTURE ORDERS and to refund my money. I was told when the product arrived, I needed to call to get an RMA number for the return. I called and got the RMA number and returned the product at the US Post Office on 2-28-09 with the understanding my money would be refunded in 3-5 business days. I waited and NO REFUND so I called on 3-16-09,3-27-09 and 4-2-09 and always got the same response — we have not received your product that was returned but we will put a follow up on it immediately! I still do not have my refund. However, I was smart enough to insure the product before I mailed it from the post office. I will wait a few more days to see if my refund (less their stupid 30% restocking fee which was never mentioned initially) shows up. If not, I'm going to file a claim with the post office.
These people are crooks and need to be put out of business!!!
