I authorised P&H for a free sample which had to be cancelled with in 30 days. 2 months later the sample arrived but with no way to cancel. The product then continued to arrive monthly for next 4 months & was billed to my credit card. I returned to sender each bottle I received & finally found a Sydney number to phone.
When I phoned I was told they have a no returns policy & the only thing they could do was send me a free bottle & then I should cancel my order within 30 days. I could not cancel my order over the phone. Needless to say I have not received my free bottle 2 weeks down the track. Am going to the bank to see if I can stop payment.
