Poor Customer Service

I stopped in Exxon to pick up a few items and I was over charged for one of the items. I went back to ask the cashier why I didn't received the discount price. She stated you have to buy two in order to get the discount. Trained employees in customer service would have told me that I needed to buy two in order to get the discount. I asked if I could just add another one and pay the different she said no it would not give me the discount. I was ok with that fact but it was the rude way that she said what she said. She was looking very evil with her eyes, and not even acknowledging me she went to the next person behind me. I asked if I could get a refund she said no Exxon does not give refunds and it was not worth the void. She also stated they were told by the corporate office not to give refunds or void transactions. She also stated if we gave refunds we'll be doing it all day, and that was not my problem I was only conserned about this situation. She called another employees over and asked her she stated no we do not give refunds. She was the phone talking rude in front of the customers in the store. My suggestion is that all employees be sent to customer service classes and learn the proper way to deal with customers. I am willing to go a mile out of my way to another gas station before I stop in Exxon again and deal with rude and uncaring employees.
