I ordered a Halloween costume on Oct. 1st and recieved an e-mail confirming my order immediately after I purchased the item. Everything seemed fine, I ored things online all the time and had no worries. On Oct. 18th when I still hadn't received the costume for my son's first Halloween I began to worry so I e-mailed customer service wanting to know the where abouts of my item and if I could have a tracking number. I waited two days and there was no response to I sent a second e-mail and waited a few days still no response. I tried calling the customer support number and all I got was a machine stating the mailbox was full and could not receive messages. I called every day for a week and never once got through. Luckily I purchased my item using paypal and the day after halloween I opened a dispute to get my money back and the seller didn't hesitate to respond when paypal got involved. I did get my money back but what a head ache! I'm so glad I decided to get a back up costume for my son the week they didn't respond to my e-mails or my sons first Halloween would have been ruined.
