Ordered an item 10/8/06; was told via E-mail it would ship 24-48 hours; up to 3-5 days as they were busy, and we could e-mail them 14 days after order placed if we had not received; never received item, E-mailed them after 14 days, auto-response says all orders placed before 10/10/06 would be shipped this week; never received item, tried more attemps to contact, needed costume for halloween weekend; which is here, no costume, no answers, just ripped off.
Do not, do not, order from these liars. They have an impressive website, but do not follow through, so it is pointless or order anything.
