In the middle September I decided to order a Halloween costume, just to make sure I would get it on time for all my Halloween parties. I found one I loved on doxylingerie.com, and it was cheaper than other sites, so I decided to order it.
When I placed my order I received a confirmation e-mail stating that my order would be shipped within 24 hours-14 business days and there was a link to check the current status" of my package. The e-mail also said to only send e-mail enquiries about you order if it was over 14 days since it had been placed. I checked the "current status" link everyday for 14 days and still there was nothing shipped.
I finally e-mailed doxylingerie.com (because they do not have a phone number!) and they responded with a generic e-mail stating that because of the busy season they could not respond but I would receive my costume by Halloween. More than a month later, and a few days before Halloween, I still had no costume. I finally had to order one from another website.
I have tried since October (now it is February!) to get a refund for the $50.00 I spent!!! I have e-mailed numerous times and still get no response. They do not have a phone number or a real address, so e-mail is the only way I can try to get a refund. Beware of online companies that do not have phone numbers.
Do not, i repeat, do not place orders with doxylingerie.com!!! They are a fraudulent company! They will steal your money and you will never see what you order!!!
