Kay Jewelers is HORRIBLE - White gold diamond heart ring

I don't even know where to start. Let's see. Well i guess I'll start out by saying they have horrible service. I go every six months to get my rings cleaned and inspected and the employees never ask me if I need anything. (I'm guessing because I'm young? 22 is not that young..) I have to go up to one of them and tell them I need my rings cleaned. They always seem like they don't even know what they are suppose to do and are not very nice at all. Craftmanship is terrible. One of my rings which I've had almost 2 years, lost a diamond. Since I had been getting the ring inspected every six months, i figured "oh no big deal, i have the stone warranty, so they can fix it." I brought it in, and they said that I did not have a warranty. I explained that I did have it because i bring in my ring every six months, which is the stone warranty. They told me that I would have to pay. I was furious and I left. But since i loved the ring so much, I came back the next day anyways. This time though, the person did not say anything about having to pay and shipped my ring off to get it fixed. Obviously, the first person had no idea what they were talking about. So I come back 2 weeks later to pick up my ring, and when i picked it up, I was seriously about to tell them that I wanted a new ring. It looked worse than it did when the diamond was missing. The prongs were smashed and not polished, so it looked lopped sided and it just look awful. I walked away because I could not stand to be in that store any longer. Now just recently, the same ring cracked and a huge chunk fell out. It is white gold. I am so careful with this ring, so there was no reason for this to happen. I decided to take it to a local jeweler and not even bother with Kay because they piss me off. The jeweler i went to said the reason a chunk fell out was because when the gold was poured, there was a bubble. My jeweler fixed it and even tried to fix the prong. My point is, Kay is horrible, employees have no idea what they are doing, has terrible customer service and awful craftmanship. (Expessially when you want something fixed, because those people do not know what they are doing. Bring your jewelry to a local jeweler who knows what they are doing and actually care about their customers!)
