I had ordered several large amethyst stone rings accented with diamonds. Something told me not to sell one; to keep it as my own. I decided to wear it for the first time today. The huge stone fell off into my hand. I discovered that it was missing at least one huge prong and the other prong was not holding it; nothing was holding the stone. I don't believe there is anything I'll be able to do with it. I will take it to my jeweler to see if the setting is, in fact, gold, but the setting looks like something you get out of a bubble gum machine and doesn't look like real gold. I'm almost ashamed to take it to my jeweler and ask him to take a look at or try to fix the ring.
Bidz is a terrible company. Their customer service is nonexistent; you get no satisfaction from them.
I don't even try to sell many of the items I purchased from them because it is so substandard.
